1. 服务内容

知影课堂提供课堂录音的实时转录与翻译、笔记与摘要生成、思维导图、复习资料以及基于你课程内容的 AI 问答。转录、翻译和 AI 生成内容由自动化系统产生，可能存在错误，请勿将其作为唯一依据用于考试、医疗、法律等重要决定。

2. 账户

• 你需年满 16 周岁，或已取得监护人同意，方可注册。
• 你应妥善保管登录凭证，并对账户下的活动负责。发现未经授权的使用请立即联系我们。
• 录制课堂前，你需确认已获得授课方或学校规定所需的许可；你对录制行为及上传内容的合法性负责。

3. 套餐、价格与付款

• 套餐、额度和价格以 定价页 及结账页面显示为准，价格含增值税。付款由 Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe Payments UK 处理，我们不保存你的完整卡号。
• 订阅按月自动续费，每个周期开始时按当时价格扣款，直到你取消。你可随时在「设置 → 套餐 → 管理订阅与发票」取消，取消在当前周期结束时生效，已付周期内可继续使用。
• 加购包仅在有效付费周期内购买，额度随当期结束失效。
• 额度按计费周期发放，未用完部分不结转；升级立即生效并按新档全价收费、开始新周期，旧档剩余额度结转；降级自下一周期生效。
• 我们调整订阅价格时，将至少提前 30 天通过电子邮件通知，新价格自通知后的下一个续费周期起适用；你可在生效前取消。
• 续费扣款失败时，Stripe 会在数日内重试；期间账户保留上一周期剩余额度 3 天，逾期未付则额度归零，付款成功后恢复。

4. 撤回权与立即开始服务

位于英国或欧盟的消费者对线上购买的服务享有 14 天撤回权。结账时你将要求我们立即开始提供服务；若你在购买后 14 天内撤回，我们将退还所付款项，但扣除与撤回前已使用额度相应的比例金额。额度已全部用完的，视为服务已完全履行，撤回权不再适用。具体计算与申请方式见 退款政策。

5. 你的内容

• 你上传或录制的音频、转录文本、笔记和文件的权利归你或原权利人所有。你授予我们为向你提供服务所必需的、非独占的处理许可（包括存储、转录、翻译、索引和生成内容）。
• 我们按照 隐私政策 处理个人数据，不会将你的课程内容用于训练第三方模型或出售。
• 你可随时删除课程与内容；账户删除后，我们会在合理期限内删除相关数据，法律要求保留的交易记录除外。

6. 合理使用

你不得：规避额度或付费限制；以自动化方式大量调用服务；上传违法、侵权或恶意内容；干扰服务运行或他人使用；将服务转售或共享账户给他人。违反的，我们可暂停或终止账户；情节严重的，已付费用不予退还，但不影响你依法享有的权利。

7. 服务变更与可用性

我们会持续改进服务，并尽合理努力保持稳定可用，但不保证服务不中断或无错误。因我们原因导致付费功能长时间无法使用的，你可联系我们申请相应额度补偿或按比例退款。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对间接或后果性损失（如成绩、学业或数据以外的收益损失）不承担责任；我们对单个用户在任何 12 个月内的累计责任，以你在该期间向我们支付的金额为限。本条不限制因我们疏忽导致的人身伤亡、欺诈，或法律不允许排除的其他责任。

9. 终止

你可随时停止使用并删除账户。我们在你严重违反本条款时可终止服务；非因你的原因终止的，我们将按比例退还已付但未使用周期的费用。

10. 条款变更与适用法律

我们可更新本条款，重大变更将提前通过电子邮件或应用内通知告知。本条款适用英格兰及威尔士法律；如你是消费者，你仍可在你居住国的法院提起诉讼，并享有该国法律的强制性保护。

1. The service

KinoClass provides live transcription and translation of lecture recordings, generated notes and summaries, mind maps, study sets and AI Q&A over your own course material. Transcripts, translations and AI output are produced automatically and may contain errors; do not rely on them as your only source for exams or for medical, legal or other important decisions.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to sign up.
• Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away about any unauthorised use.
• Before recording a lecture, make sure you have any permission your lecturer or institution requires. You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you record and upload.

3. Plans, prices and payment

• Plans, quotas and prices are as shown on the pricing page and at checkout, including VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
• Subscriptions renew monthly and are charged at the start of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel anytime under Settings → Plan → Manage subscription & invoices; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
• Top-ups can only be bought during an active paid period and expire with it.
• Quota is granted per billing period and does not roll over. Upgrades apply immediately at the full price of the new plan, start a new period, and carry over the old plan's unused quota; downgrades apply from the next period.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing a subscription price; the new price applies from the next renewal after the notice, and you can cancel before it does.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries over several days. Your remaining quota from the last period stays available for 3 days; after that it is set to zero until payment succeeds.

4. Right to cancel and immediate start

Consumers in the UK and the EU have 14 days to cancel services bought online. At checkout you ask us to start the service immediately. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, we refund what you paid minus an amount proportionate to the quota you used before cancelling. Once the whole quota has been used, the service is fully performed and the right to cancel no longer applies. See the refund policy for how this is calculated and how to ask.

5. Your content

• You (or the original rights holders) keep all rights in the audio, transcripts, notes and files you record or upload. You give us a non-exclusive licence to process them only as needed to provide the service (storage, transcription, translation, indexing and generation).
• We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your course content or use it to train third-party models.
• You can delete courses and content at any time. When you delete your account we delete the related data within a reasonable period, except transaction records we must keep by law.

6. Fair use

You must not circumvent quotas or payment limits, call the service in bulk by automated means, upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, disrupt the service or other users, or resell the service or share your account. We may suspend or close accounts that do; in serious cases fees already paid are not refunded, without affecting your statutory rights.

7. Changes and availability

We keep improving the service and use reasonable efforts to keep it available, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If paid features are unavailable for an extended time because of us, contact us for a quota credit or a proportionate refund.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end the service for you if you seriously breach these terms. If we end it for any other reason, we refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

10. Changes to these terms and governing law

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes in advance by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live and keep the mandatory protections of its law.
