付款方式
- 按月订阅：银行卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay 等，每月自动续费，可随时在「设置 → 套餐 → 管理订阅与发票」取消，取消后当期结束时停止续费。
- 价格已包含增值税（欧盟按你所在国税率，英国 20%），结账时由 Stripe 计算。欧元区显示欧元价，英国显示英镑价。
计费规则
- 录音时长按实际录音计算，暂停期间不计时。
- AI 点数用于笔记、摘要、思维导图、复习资料和 AI 问答，按实际消耗的 token 计算：点数 = ⌈(5 × 输入 token + 2 × 输出 token) ÷ 2,000⌉，每次至少 1 点。
- 额度周期：订阅每个计费周期（从付款日起按月）发放额度，未用完的时长和点数不结转到下个周期；加购包随当期结束失效。
- 升级立即生效：按新档全价付款并从当天开始新的计费周期，旧档未用完的时长和点数会结转到新周期。降级在下个计费周期生效。
- 如续费扣款失败，账户会保留上一周期的剩余额度 3 天，期间更新付款方式即可恢复。

Limited-time offer: new purchases and renewals are charged the offer price while it lasts. We will notify you before it ends; renewals then return to the regular price shown. You can cancel any time before renewal.
How to pay
- Monthly subscription: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. Renews every month; cancel anytime under Settings → Plan → Manage subscription & invoices, and it stops at the end of the current period.
- Prices include VAT (your EU country's rate, or 20% in the UK), calculated at checkout by Stripe. Euro-area customers see EUR prices; UK customers see GBP.
Billing rules
- Recording time counts only while recording; paused time is free.
- AI credits pay for notes, summaries, mind maps, study sets and AI Q&A, based on tokens actually used: credits = ⌈(5 × input tokens + 2 × output tokens) ÷ 2,000⌉, minimum 1 per request.
- Quota periods: subscriptions grant quota each monthly billing period starting on your payment date. Unused time and credits do not roll over; top-ups expire with the current period.
- Upgrades apply immediately: you pay the full price of the new plan, a new billing period starts that day, and the unused time and credits of your old plan carry over. Downgrades apply from the next period.
- If a renewal payment fails, your remaining quota from the last period stays available for 3 days while you update your payment method.
